Shipping & Returns

Most apparel and accessory items are shipped from the Powersport Freaks warehouse, and typically take 3-5 days transit for standard USPS shipping within the USA.  Most vehicle parts and some other parts are shipped factory-direct from the manufacturer.  Vehicle parts and other products may require extended processing times - please contact us for an estimate.  Sorry, international shipping (except Canada) is not available at this time.

Processing Times
For apparel and accessory orders shipping from the PSF warehouse, processing time is typically 1-3 business days.  Most other orders are processed and shipped directly from our vendors.  Please allow 2-7 business days for processing before your item ships.   More than a half of our apparel and accessory orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.  Vehicle parts and other products may require extended processing times - please contact us for an estimate.

Standard Returns:  We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is returned in new, unused condition.  For all returns, an RMA# must be requested within 20 days of order delivery, and the returned item must be received by us within 30 days of your order delivery.    Please write your RMA# legibly near the shipping label of your return.  Refunds cannot be given to products returned without an RMA#.  

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.  Shipping fees are not refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless you received the incorrect item, or the item is materially defective.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after the refund is processed.

NOTE: items that are returned with signs of installation, wear, use, missing/damaged original packaging, or otherwise modified from their original condition will be assessed a 35% reconditioning fee.  This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Other Returns: If you received the wrong item, or the item you received is defective, simply let us know within 5 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  However, after we receive your return and verify that it was incorrect or defective, we will refund 100% of your original shipping cost (the amount you paid for shipping on your original order).  All applicable replacements and shipping refunds will be processed within 10 days after your return has been received. (Note: depending on your specific payment company's policies, it may take longer to post to your account).  

We are happy to cancel your order if your request is received within 12 hours of order placement.  We process orders quickly, so be sure to contact us as soon as you can if you need to cancel an order.  Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.
